1. The Q Store conforms with the Victorian Office of Fair Trading guidelines on e-commerce trading.

2. Each transaction will be accompanied by an itemised & fully descriptive Tax Invoice together with a copy of the EFTPOS/Card printout & a payment receipt. No payment is processed until the goods are picked, packed & ready to go.

4. The Q Store only merchandises brand name goods of good commercial quality. Should there be a problem please contact us - do not return them without a prior arrangement.
