- The Q Store is a family owned &
operated company.
- It is a solid promise that NO
information about customers will ever be sold, given, exchanged or
transmitted, for any reason, to any other organisation. This includes
Banks.
- All financial data is kept and processed
on a computer system NOT connected to the internet, nor to our computer
holding the e-merchant database.
- Regular customers may request an account
number. By inputting this we will process orders using the original details
given i.e. address, credit card details and so on. The process of inputting an
account number is a little clumsy at present (the personal detail screen still
comes up first) - however a change is in process to avoid this.
- The Q store operates under the
Victorian Office of Fair Trading guidelines for internet trading.
- No financial processing takes place
until the order is picked, checked and about to be despatched. Only goods
actually sent are financially processed. Any backorders are processed in the
same manner as an original order. There will be no freight charge on
backorders unless for agreed or exceptional circumstances.
- Orders will be despatched within 3
normal working days. An e-mail will be sent outlining any supply
problem.
- No Telemarketing will be carried out nor
will you be subjected to a barrage of
e-mails.
