Nic came 3rd in the 2004 Formula Vee Nationals held at Mallala SA & broke the lap record 3 times.

At Phillip Island in June 2005 Nic broke the lap record by 1.3 seconds. Nic broke the Lap Record for Formula Vee 1200 at Winton on 6th May 2001 (still held)

Nic competed in the Bathurst 12 hour support race in Feb 2008
